📌 What was the most interesting thing that happened in working with a coach during these 4 months? The most interesting thing for me was the discovery of metacognition – I learned to think about how I think and get out of automatisms. The transition from the exhausting strategy of "survival" to the game of "happy life", where I finally began to choose myself, was significant.
The metaphor of a high-speed train also turned out to be incredibly valuable: I realized that my scale already exists, and we were simply building a "high-tech canvas" for it.
📌 What issues have you dealt with during this time?
Division of responsibility: I stopped taking "all the blame" and realized that in interaction with the team and partners, responsibility is shared 50/50. But at the same time, I regained my responsibility as a manager and leader.
Delegation: I overcame internal resistance and began to delegate even those tasks that I considered “overly complex” (like video editing), realizing that instructions are not control, but the path to the result.
Self-confidence: I sorted out the “jelly” inside regarding spirituality, began to derive codes for myself and recognized my mastery.
Money and value: I divided the finances of projects and learned to set prices based on the real volume of the product, and not out of fear of being “guilty” to the client.
📌 3 words that describe your changes! Actions, System, Choosing yourself.
📌 What is your focus now? Now my main focus is building a large-scale business machine in marketing from the position of a visionary and developing the club. I also focus on creativity (drawing) as a source of inspiration and finding “my” format of sports to maintain energy.
📌 I began to … ...work much less, but at the same time became more efficient. I became calmer during launches and more confident in my own strength and expertise.
📌 I will no longer … ...“freeze” (postpone for later, waiting for the flow). I will no longer stuff my scale into children's toys and give myself “pussies” for prevention or ask others to do so.
📌 My life is now –98 (%) and My result is now 92 (%) I feel like I have completely turned the old page.
📌 What didn’t work out in my work, if any? Why is that? Sometimes I still feel slow in making decisions, especially those that lead to inevitable changes. I am also still in the process of finding the perfect coach and implementing regular sports, because it takes me a long time to choose what will really resonate with me.
🔥🎯🫶🏻 Our partnership has become a mirror for me: you have returned my thoughts to me, highlighting the points that I myself did not want to see. I really appreciate that we didn't have "advice", but rather a joint work, where I learned to make decisions on my own. I was angry many times that I had to think and you didn't give advice, but it gave results. Before, I didn't understand why coaching was needed, but now I don't understand how people live without coaching, because it helps to "sort out" all the chaos in their heads.
📌I am grateful to myself for ...! For finally starting to act and turn ideas into reality. For learning to listen to my body and allowing myself to turn the page and go into a new, happy life.

We worked with Katya for almost six months. It seemed to me that I hade a very clear, easy and logical request. But during our work, my life turned upside down - in the process of coaching, I understood my true desires and began to hear myself. I got an understanding of who I am and started to accept myself in all states.

In order to write a review about my work with Katya, as with a coach, I need to go back three years ago.
At that time, I was a teacher of rhetoric and acting with 15 years of experience. But, like many people, I suffer from the "impostor" syndrome.
